The property can generate high income as it is a perfect place for team building, bike rides, wine clubs, hunting teams, conferences and family vacations.
High season for rentals is from June to September but there are requests from beginning of April to the end of October. There is a great demand for the type of housing that is now being set up in Borgo San Martino, where rental prices in the area are approx. 1000 - 2000 Euro per week / bedroom en-suite during high season.
The area is visited by approx. 4 million people a year. Chianti is especially popular with South and North Americans, English and Dutch visitors.
