At Borgo San Martino, the production of organic wine and olives is managed by an external party - with the opportunity for homeowners to participate in harvesting and production if desired. The property has 10 acres of vines and 1000 olive trees with an expected annual production of 8,000 bottles of Chianti Classico wine and 2,000-4,000 litres of extra virgin olive oil - which will benefit all homeowners.

How about topping off a wonderful holiday week by offering your guests a private wine course? You can do so at Borgo San Martino. All residents will have access to an exclusive wine room, a warm and cosy space to enjoy fireside gatherings for wine tasting and courses. We also offer wine storage facilities to keep your collection in optimal conditions.
